While we strive for maximum uptime, RevitalWeb does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.
Detailed payment terms and pricing will be established upon service launch. Early access customers may receive special pricing arrangements communicated separately.
RevitalWeb is committed to protecting user data and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.
RevitalWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice. RevitalWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
RevitalWeb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or service announcements.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
